Today was almost the most stress-filled day of my life. And then my amazing, wonderful, handsome husband was able to leave drill early!! Which meant he got to take his test early! Which meant I didn't have to drive up to Midvale, attempt to find the title company, sign our lives away, and drive home all by myself!! Which meant my stress level went from about 1000+ to zip! WOOT! So as of 1700 today we've officially signed for the house! So unless for some unknown and unreasonable reason BofA decides to not finish signing all the papers like they are supposed to, the home is ours!! (Granted with how incredibly lame they have been to deal with, it wouldn't surprise me if they came up with some lame reason to drag this out even longer...)
But I'm hoping for the best! Which means the key will be ours by Monday at 2! At which point I will go to Home Depot/Lowes get 3 new door handles, 2 new deadbolts and replace all the locks in the house! That way, if anyone else has a key floating around that currently goes to that house, it won't matter! I'll probably just have Matt pick up the door knobs and what not when we go to Home Depot tomorrow just to help save a trip... Granted we will be going there Monday for paint and everything else we need...
Anyways, it's officially time for Matt, me, (Eric went down hours ago) and the little fish to go to bed (because this little one is starting to go crazy)!
